Obituary of Irene Watson

Watson, Irene Surrounded by her family on Saturday, September 23rd 2017. Peacefully and with grace, Irene passed away at the age of 97 years. Predeceased by her husbands George Watson (1960) and Allan Albery (1998). Dear sister of Harry Hewison (Pauline) and Russell Hewison (Mary). Predeceased by her brother Bob Hewison (2010) and his wife Helen (2017). Irene is survived by her son Bob Watson ( Donna). Loving grandmother of Bob Jr (Karen), Amanda (Emilio Rojas-Silva) and Jennifer (Dean Crowshaw) and is cherished Umma of Mia, Bella and Tyson and best friend to her dog Charlie. Fondly remembered by her extended family and many friends. Living an exciting and adventurous life, Irene saw the world. She loved to travel and experience different cultures. Irene had a love for horseracing, spending many days cheering on her favorite jockeys and horses. Irene was the world greatest cook, teaching her grandchildren and great grandchildren her different recipes, that will be passed down through many generations. Irene had a love for music and dance, sharing stories about her days as a jitterbug. She was the life of the party making her killer Mai Tai's and always being the last to leave the dance floor. Irene was loved by so many, always showing her unconditional support and pride in her family. She was a beautiful, generous, graceful lady and will always be truly unforgettable. Cremation has taken place. Interment of cremated remains, Pine Hills Cemetery, Toronto.
