Bill will always have a special place in my heart. I worked for him 5 summers and I loved every minute of it. I can't help but remember if we had egg salad sandwiches for lunch we would always put 2 hard boiled eggs into the flat of eggs and watch the next morning when he was cooking breakfast and trying to crack the boiled egg onto the grill. And we can't forget the Roger Witacker 8 track tape that played constantly. It was because of him that I choose to go into the hospitality industry. He taught me a lot about business and life in general. I have a lot of good memories of Bill that I will cherish always.
My deepest condolences to all his family. RIP my friend.
